When will I get my tracking number?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not ship orders on the same day they are placed.
Order processing, including stock verification and packaging, usually takes 2-6 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you the tracking information. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons.
If you do not receive tracking confirmation 6 business days after completing your payment, please contact us for assistance.
Delays in Order Processing
If there are issues with your payment (incomplete or incorrect), or if the address information is incorrect, it may delay the processing of your order.
When will I receive my order?
We proudly offer Worldwide shipping via USPS and 4PX.
Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to the address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you as table below:

Risk-Free Shipping
We stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. If your items do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for the missing item(s). If your order is missing, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue, usually within 3-5 business days, and resend the item(s) if necessary.
Customs and Taxes
Prices displayed on our site are in GBP and are tax-free. However, you may be liable for import duties, taxes, and related customs fees once your order reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address entered during checkout, as we will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If the package arrives in your country and:
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- Multiple delivery attempts are made but unsuccessful
Cheap at Mall reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
